Deposits and Withdrawals
Transactions via bKash, Nagad and Rocket
Deposits from bKash are usually instant — your vip117 wallet balance is updated within a few seconds. Occasionally it may take a few minutes due to network delays. Once the deposit is successful, you will receive confirmation from both bKash and vip117.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all payment methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. These limits apply to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. If you try to transact below these amounts, the system will automatically show a warning.
The standard processing time for withdrawals at vip117 is 30 minutes to 3 hours. In most cases it is faster than that. After you submit a withdrawal request, our team reviews it. If your account is fully verified, the process is even faster.
vip117 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own service charges — those are governed by the respective payment provider's own policy. It is a good idea to check the charges in your mobile banking app before making a transaction.
Yes, Nagad is one of the supported payment methods at vip117. You can deposit using the Nagad app or a USSD code. The process is just as straightforward as with bKash. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and transactions are generally processed instantly.
The standard processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. If it takes longer than that, contact us via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction ID. Our team will resolve the issue quickly. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification documents are incomplete.
Games and How to Play
Cricket, slots and live casino
To bet on BPL and other cricket tournaments at vip117, go to the Cricket section, select the match you want, and place a bet from the available markets (match winner, run rate, top batter, etc.). Make sure your wallet has enough balance before placing a bet. You can also bet on live matches.
vip117 only uses content from reputable game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. Games from all these providers are tested by third-party auditors. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that the outcome of every spin is completely random and unbiased.
RTP measures what percentage of total bets a game returns to players on average over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered. However, this is a statistical average, not a guarantee for any single session. A higher RTP generally means better value for the player.
In the vip117 live casino section you will find live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live Teen Patti, live dragon-tiger, and many more games. Real-dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other top providers are available at any time according to Bangladesh time.
Aviator is a crash game by Spribe. A plane takes off on screen and a multiplier keeps rising. You must cash out before the plane crashes. If you do not cash out in time, your bet is lost. It is an exciting experience that blends skill and timing.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome bonus and offer details
vip117 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. The bonus is added automatically as soon as you open an account and make your first deposit.
A wagering requirement is the condition of placing a specified amount of bets before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the vip117 welcome bonus is 15 times. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you can withdraw after completing ৳30,000 in bets. Bets placed across various games count toward meeting the requirement.
The maximum bonus limit is ৳10,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the 200% rate would normally give ৳24,000 in bonus, but due to the maximum limit you will receive ৳10,000 in bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳22,000. So depositing more than ৳5,000 does not increase the bonus amount.
If you have an account at vip117, you are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. By playing actively you can move up from Bronze to Silver, Gold, and the highest tier, Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.
Yes, vip117 regularly offers promotions — reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions (such as during IPL or the T20 World Cup). Check the promotions page regularly and ask via live chat to stay updated on the latest offers.
Security and Responsible Gaming
Safe play and personal protection
vip117 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your data secure. Payment transactions go through multiple layers of security. Our servers operate in a secure environment and your information is never sold to any third party. Please read our privacy policy for more details.
Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that helps you take a break from using your account for a set period of time. To do this, contact our 24/7 live chat or send an email to [email protected]. You can set the duration of the exclusion yourself. We view this step as a positive and courageous one.
First, set a daily or weekly budget for yourself and stick to it. Play for entertainment, not as a source of income. If you lose, do not increase your bets to try to recover. Use self-exclusion or deposit limits if needed. Visit our responsible gaming page for more information.
